Vote for ANYONE but Scott Peters in 2022

Learn how you can get someone to represent you in 2022.

The Big Pharma Shill

On September 15, 2021, Rep. Scott Peters voted against lowering prescription drug prices. This plan would have allowed Medicare to negotiate with drug companies to ensure prescription drugs are priced comparably to other developed countries like Canada or the U.K. The pharmaceutical companies fiercely opposed this measure and their tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions to Rep. Scott Peters ensured its demise.

This is unconscionable given that Americans pay nearly 3 times more than developed countries for much needed drugs. For name brand drugs, we pay even more at 3.4 times. Rep. Peters' explanation that the measure is "draconian" doesn't make sense. But his acceptance of Big Pharma money explains a lot.

Rep. Scott Peters betrayed his constituents and does not deserve to represent us. Please send along this website to other voters in CA's 52nd district and let's get someone in Congress in 2022 that represents our wishes. And not the wishes of Big Pharma.
